How is the cargo quality guaranteed?
Our QC team of over 10 experts carefully detects stone quality and specifications piece by piece, monitoring the entire process from production to packaging. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
How do you arrange shipping from China?
Shipment usually occurs 10-25 days after the deposit. We work with experienced freight forwarders to handle customs clearance. We also offer door-to-door delivery services to save you time.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we offer samples free of charge. Delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, etc.) are covered by the buyer, but these fees are refunded once an order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm. However, we are open to discussion and trial orders are always available.
What are the payment terms?
For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment is required before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, a 30% deposit is required before processing, and the remaining 70% before shipping.
