Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know your quality?
High solution detailed photos and free samples are available to verify our quality.
How much is the samples charge?
We offer free samples by freight collect.
What is the difference between Porcelain and Ceramic tiles?
Porcelain tile is denser, impervious, and has a much lower water absorption rate (≤ 0.5%), making it frost resistant. Ceramic tiles are usually finished with a durable glaze and are softer/easier to cut, with a water absorption rate of 3%-6%.
How to test the water absorption rate of tiles?
A simple method is to pour colored water on the back of the tile. If it diffuses, absorption is low; otherwise, it seeps in. Another way is touching the back; more powder indicates higher absorption.
How many days for delivery?
For stock items: within 5 days after deposit. For production: within 15 days after deposit.
Can we customize our own cartons?
Yes. For regular production tiles, if you order more than 5000 CTNS per order, cartons can be customized for free.
